No physical shipping
Shipping charges, dispatch dates, parcel tracking, product returns and exchanges do not apply to donations. Programme activities or aid distributions are not deliveries purchased by an individual donor.
Online donation receipts
Once the server verifies a successful online payment, a digital PDF receipt is made available through the confirmation page and the donor portal associated with the donor's email. Payment verification can be delayed while a provider reports a pending result. An unverified payment does not receive a paid receipt.
Bank-transfer and QR receipts
Direct transfers are reconciled manually. Send your name, email, amount, date and transaction reference / UTR using our receipt enquiry form. A receipt can be issued after funds and donor details have been verified; scanning the QR alone does not create one.
Email and missing receipts
Where email delivery is available, the receipt is sent to the recorded address. Delivery may be affected by an incorrect address, spam filtering or a mail-service issue. Check your inbox and spam folder, use the available download, or contact the Foundation with your payment reference. No postal delivery or fixed email-delivery deadline is promised.
Corrections and tax documentation
Contact us to correct donor details or request an applicable tax certificate. An ordinary donation receipt is not Form 10BE. Supporting tax documentation is subject to verified details and statutory reporting, as explained in our donation policy.
