Information we collect
We collect information you provide through donation, enquiry, volunteer, newsletter, donor account and partnership forms. This may include your name, contact details, donation information, organisation details and messages. Payment card or banking credentials are handled by Cashfree and are not stored by ACS Foundation.
How information is used
Information is used to process and verify donations, issue receipts, respond to enquiries, coordinate volunteering and partnerships, maintain operational records, prevent misuse and improve programme communication.
Campaign attribution
When a link contains UTM campaign parameters, we record the source, medium and campaign with the relevant visit or form submission. This helps measure outreach effectiveness. We do not use this information to make automated decisions about individuals.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers required to operate the website, payments, email and storage, or when required by law. Records are retained for operational, accounting, security and compliance needs and removed when they are no longer required.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, or unsubscribe from newsletter communication, by contacting admin@acsfoundation.in.
Security and updates
We use access controls, encrypted connections and restricted administrative systems. This policy may be updated as services or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
