Local context

Kavaratti is the Union Territory capital in a geographically dispersed island system where connectivity and access to specialized learning resources are constrained. Geographic separation and connectivity constraints can limit access to specialized tutors, devices, libraries and continuous enrichment opportunities.

04 • INTERVENTION MODEL
