01 • LOCAL NEED & RATIONALE

Why targeted learning support is proposed in Tirupati

Local context

Tirupati is a pilgrimage and education centre with a mix of urban, peri-urban and migrant families. A strong education ecosystem does not automatically reach every child; vulnerable local and migrant learners can still need remedial support, mentoring and affordable digital study access.
