Siliguri is a strategic North Bengal gateway serving tea-garden, migrant, hill and plains communities. The city serves a wide rural and semi-urban catchment, making affordable supplementary learning, materials and career guidance important for first-generation learners.

04 • INTERVENTION MODEL

Six connected delivery components
