Mandi is a central Himachal town serving many hill villages where travel time can limit after-school support. Steep terrain, scattered habitations and travel time can reduce access to after-school tutoring, libraries and dependable digital learning opportunities.

ACS Foundation proposes a 12-month education and digital inclusion project in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, for approximately 550 children and adolescents from economically vulnerable communities.
